The Vice President of Impact & Implementation is a critical member of School-to-School International’s executive team, providing strategic leadership and overseeing the implementation of STS’s growing and dynamic global education initiatives. This role demands an innovative leader with experience building and driving impactful programming, strengthening local partnerships, and ensuring sustainable, community-centered outcomes.

As a senior leadership position, the Vice President requires extensive experience in managing complicated international development projects and growing and building effective, cross-cultural teams. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in either monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) or educational innovation. The Vice President of Impact & Implementation should be adept at engaging with high-level stakeholders, including donors such as USAID, FCDO, and other bilateral or multilateral agencies. This position is based in Sub-Saharan Africa.
