Job Purpose
The Marketing Officer will be required to contribute to existing marketing, branding and advertising plans, while assisting with the development of fresh initiatives in line with the company’s goals. Conducting market research, analyzing consumer trends, developing marketing campaigns, and organizing promotional events. Take part in creating and managing content for advertising materials, websites, and social media platforms, aiming to engage the target audience and foster customer relationships.
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement creative campaigns on various social media platforms.
- Oversee and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Utilize research findings to provide marketing managers with insights and direction for upcoming marketing strategies and projects.
- Managing and developing marketing campaigns.
- Develop and execute social media strategies
- Collaborate with other departments
- Researching and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.
- Manage social media accounts
- Monitor and analyze performance
- Monitor marketing and sales performance to adjust the marketing strategy as needed.
- Enhance brand awareness by liaising with stakeholders and vendors to promote success.

Qualifications and Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications or related.
- Must have a minimum of 3+ years in Marketing and Branding
- Proven work experience in communications, digital marketing, advertising, branding, and social media management
- Work experience with a Branding and Printing Company is an added advantage
- Proficient in any marketing software will be a plus
- Solid knowledge of market research techniques.
- Thorough knowledge of social media and web analytics.
- Solid understanding of research techniques.
- Must be a member of ZIM
